I don't agree with this one. When the lady said that it's because to protect children, I thought at that point that it was not appropriate to be filming. Many of those kids who enter that facility have been abused in perhaps unimaginable ways. It may be constitutionally protected, but from a moral standpoint, you definitely should not have been recording at DCFS.
